Cancellation Policy

All cancellations of purchases of event registrations or packages must be in writing to Leela Francis (e-mail is acceptable) and received no later than 2 weeks from date of purchase. Upon receipt of cancellation letter within the acceptable time period, registration fees will be refunded, less a $100.00 deposit and associated processing fees.

After the cancellation period has passed, no refunds will be given. Postponing or rescheduling your Leela Francis event must be done in writing (email is acceptable) at least ninety days prior to the event start date. Please note that your time of purchase/registration may fall within this period. It is your responsibility to read and understand our policy before registering and making your reservations

Meals and accommodations are non-transferable and non-refundable 30 days prior to event.

Tuition for event registrations may be gifted or sold to another participant for up to one year from time of purchase. This does not apply to events that participant has previously scheduled to attend. All transfers must be approved by Leela Francis.

 

Event tuition expiry is two years from purchase date of event or package.

 

Because cancellations result in additional costs for Leela Francis, under no circumstances, regardless of reason for cancellation on the part of the participant, will the $100.00 deposit fee be waived, nor will the terms of cancellation as stated above be waived.

 

Leela Francis reserves the right to cancel an event prior to departure. If such cancellation is NOT due to circumstances beyond Leela Francis’s control – such as adverse weather conditions, fire, or natural disaster –

 

Leela Francis will refund all payments, constituting full settlement with the participant. However, should cancellation or early termination of the retreat be deemed necessary by Leela Francis due to reasons beyond our control as outlined above, no refund or compensations will be made. Leela Francis is not responsible for expenses incurred for delays as a result of circumstances beyond its control.
